I thought I would write a post for serious realtors and home owners thinking about selling their homes or commercial building. Professional photography really does make a difference. In todays market 96 percent of homes are sold starting online so if your breezing along on your search and this great image stops you in your tracks you are going to look at it. Just human nature plane and simple. I have had realtors tell me they, and I quote " I just put some good enough pictures up to get the house sold" I could not believe what I heard, if you had good images up a lot more people would stop and look and to me that equals more showing and a better possibility of closing a sale.
I have found if you go in to a listing agreement appointment and your client can not make up their mind on realtors who do you think they are going to pick, I know, the one that has a plan to market their home with professional photographs rather than a cell phone or a point and shoot. Spend your advertising dollars wisely with the right pictures MLS might be enough the huge magazine ad might not be needed.
